As most of us look with anticipation to enjoying a good Summer, for Students who are facing into the exam period and indeed their families, this time can be very stressful. In today’s world of zoom it is a joy to be able to help many more folk without having to travel to many locations.  Having helped students of all levels over the past 20 years, it was fun to put together a short zoom program that will also help parents how to best support their students. The zoom program for students is purposely arranged for the Monday before the exams start, for this reason- all the study and work has now been completed, so getting into a performance mindset is now the priority.  For example, when one trains for a marathon, this takes many months of hard work and training regularly, when in this mode, fear will propel one to commit to this

I cannot even begin to describe how excited I am, to be in these times.  It feels that after 21 years since I took my Reiki Master Teacher Training, that it has finally come of age.  Gone are the days where I would have to go to great lengths to share my passion for the BEST healing modality, to convince folk to try it for themselves.  I will openly admit my bias towards Reiki, however this bias has been confirmed to me after 3500 in person clients, training hundreds of individuals in Reiki and despite my taking over 70 other trainings over the years, Reiki remains my absolute favourite. For one simple reason, it is the one Healing modality that anyone can learn in one easy class of 3 hours, requires no prior knowledge or skills, suits for all ages, and then the student can use it on themselves daily to improve all aspects

Haven’t we got the most beautiful country? There is really nowhere like Ireland when the sun shines.  We were incredibly lucky to be in West Cork for the beautiful weather in July, it was a real paradise, clear green waters, snow white sand, in laid-back villages, it was literally awesome and I’ve returned feeling rejuvenated and ready to continue my mission to assist as many folk as possible to improve their health & wellbeing. For anyone who has already learned Reiki Level 1 and would like to be able to share this gift with others, my next Reiki Level 2 training will be on Monday & Tuesday 15th & 16th August. How could it possibly be that we are heading towards the end of May already?  The way our world is changing is at an accelerated rate that has never been seen before too.  It is certainly “hang on to your hat” season!!
