Haven’t we got the most beautiful country? There is really nowhere like Ireland when the sun shines. We were incredibly lucky to be in West Cork for the beautiful weather in July, it was a real paradise, clear green waters, snow white sand, in laid-back villages, it was literally awesome and I’ve returned feeling rejuvenated and ready to continue my mission to assist as many folk as possible to improve their health & wellbeing.
For anyone who has already learned Reiki Level 1 and would like to be able to share this gift with others, my next Reiki Level 2 training will be on Monday & Tuesday 15th & 16th August.
This two day course will bring your Reiki to a higher level and allow you to qualify to become a Reiki Therapist. As you may have noticed, there is lots of awareness and conversations in main- stream now about how important your frequency is, and Reiki remains the simplest, fastest most efficient way of learning how to master your own frequency to the higher states of joy, empathy, compassion, love and so on. Soul Spa Day returns– next event will be Sunday 28th August, there are just a couple of spaces left so please let me know if you would like to gift yourself a day of tranquillity, and indulgence before we start back into the routines of Autumn.
