Blog 31st Oct 2011-10-31 Trick or Treat? Well, we certainly had plenty of treats this week, we had Niall Kelly who gave us a super day’s training on the Alexander Technique on Wednesday, followed by a very entertaining and valuable day with the Pink Tank on Thursday, and on Friday we had Julie Dargan explaining the basics of Iridology. Our students will be enjoying their well deserved Mid-term break this week. They will need their rest as November is another action packed month for us. We will be running our Indian Head Massage Course on Mon 14th to Wed 16th, this course is open to all, and although the three days are intensive, all students are always delighted to learn such a valuable therapy without having to spread it over a long period of time, for more information please give us a shout on 061-381947. Enhance Your Life is back again on Sat 26th &

Bless me for it’s been 3 weeks since my last blog!!! I’ve been busy having so much fun being in the “now” with my work that I literally didn’t see time passing! Thank you to the Aer Lingus staff who were so hospitable when I delivered the lecture on Holistic Healthcare for the 21st Century last week, it was very strange to arrive at Shannon Airport and not get on an aircraft-reminds me Im surely overdue a trip away! Sincere thank you to Dr Beatrice Neufeldt who gave us a wonderful insightful lecture into Menopause and the many herbal remedies which we can use as alternatives to drugs. Her knowledge is vast, however she was able to present the information to us in a way that we could all understand. We look forward to hearing more from Dr Neufeldt in the future and for those of you who missed the lecture, I absolutely recommend that

Dr Mary Helen Hensley will be delivering her History in the Making-3 part workshop, starting on Wed October 12th at 7pm (€50 per night), 16th Nov and 18th Jan. ICA Queen! Congrats to my-clearly- better half-in the domestic arena at any rate!! As Peter won the ICA Recruit of the year last weekend while raising 20,000 + for the charity Aware-the final tally from the phone-in voting hasn’t been announced yet, estimates are at 30,000. We had great craic at the live shows, It’s unbelievable how many crew it takes to pull off a live show. 10 of us who were on the Linking Awareness course in Dundalk headed down there on Sat night and we had such fun, mind you were a little tired on the course on Sunday, but it was sooo interesting there was no fear of any of us nodding off! I would highly recommend Loesje Jacob’s Linking Awareness course, as it opened us up to new levels of awareness not just with animals but with ourselves also. If you would like any information as always please do not hesitate

Blog Thur 18th August 2011 Career Time-Back to School Appropriate topic at the moment as we congratulate all those leaving certificate students who did well yesterday, while we at the Holistic Centre of Excellence put the final touches to our full time Diploma course. It is a very exciting time for us and our first full time students, as they embark on the first training course of its kind in Ireland, and to think that by next June they will have a professional career under their belt, in what we consider to be one of the very few growth industries globally. It is always exciting to break through boundaries, raising the bar to set new standards, and it wouldn’t be possible for me to achieve such innovations if I did not have the full support and back up of all of our Associates at HCE, so sincere heartfelt thank you girls-I often forget to say

What a perfect holiday! Three weeks of sun-in fact a heat wave, miles of beach, being pampered by good friends, as they gave us their home, car, boat, bicycles, materialised “playmates” for our children, yoga on the beach, 1 hour from the buzz of Manhattan, even down to a brand new juice bar at the bottom of our street-seriously-how’s that for manifestation? We remain forever grateful to our special friends for creating the most perfect holiday. Today, its back to work-good thing I love my job-because otherwise it would be impossible to return after the holiday. First things first, tomorrow night at 7.30 Reiki share at my place, please text if you are coming. How many of you will be joining us at the Linking Awareness (animal healing) course on Saturday 20th in Dundalk? My daughter and her friend are very excited to be going with me. The Animal Talk course will be on the

Sincere thank you to the dedicated girls who braved the mud-bath that was the Charleville show this Saturday, we who manned the information stand on Sunday didn’t realise how lucky we were, as the sun shone brightly, as the throngs of people came into the marquee where we were-just to cool off! A very successful day again, as people showed great interest in the Holistic Centre of Excellence and our training programms. Mind you it was so busy that even I struggled to keep talking-not something I generally suffer from!!!! So thanks to all those who indulged us in talking about our passion. We had a great laugh too, like the time I got on the bed and Michelle Moynihan gave me a Reiki treatment, I was so relaxed I didn’t hear as one of the crowd of visitors who gathered to watch- offered to do mouth-to-mouth recus. on me-another opportunity missed!!!! Thanks again team-and

Summer! Our only consolation for the bad weather is, that we are so busy, at least we aren’t missing it! There is no summer wind down for us yet, as each week is action packed. The Holistic Centre of Excellence is proving to be very exciting and each day we seem to add more unique components. That’s the fun of creating something new, we get to make it up as we go-literally. The Associates are constantly come up with new ideas to add to what is already an extraordinary and unique course. The interview process starts the first week in July, so if you are interested in attending this years course which starts on the 12th Sept, please contact us asap. Not alone are we the first in Ireland to offer such a comprehensive program, but as someone pointed out to me the other day, the course is real value for money, working out at
