Well, the expectations for 2018 certainly seem to be unfolding before our very eyes. There has been lots of turbulence Globally- weather systems, political developments, uncovering of shocking scandals, and we are only one month in!!
While these may be deemed as negative events, if we take a look, there is equal measure of exciting positive developments. For instance the Young scientist of the year award in Ireland went to a 15 year old boy, Simon Meehan, who was inspired by his herbalist Grandfather to discover that “Chemicals found within blackberries could form antibiotics capable of killing Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)”. It was wonderful to see mainstream media broadcast Simon’s comments- “We are over-thinking science in too many ways”!!!!!!!
Have you also noticed how much media coverage is currently being given to the cleaning up of our oceans- from the man-made devastation of dumping plastics- people are taking actions all over the world with fantastic initiatives of groups coming together to create positive impact.
It seems no matter where you look people are waking up and stepping into their personal power and taking responsibility for creating the world we would like to live in. I would encourage each of us, to become pro-active. This doesn’t mean that you must take to the streets and march-it truly begins as an inside job. We must learn to master our internal state and learn skills to allow us to switch from predominately fear based thinking to a state of trust/love /joy. THIS IS THE SECRET to creating the world we all yearn for. The wise ones who have gone before us, teach us this:

There is an excitement that is tangible as this vision is manifesting before our eyes.

2018 is also the perfect year (-in numerology=11=manifestation), so it is the perfect year to move to the next level, for those of you who have been actively dedicated to raising your consciousness. One of my greatest joy’s is teaching Reiki Mastership, and this year’s training starts on Sat Feb 3rd 10am -3pm. This is open to anyone with Reiki Level 2. I also welcome back any of our Reiki Masters who have trained with me in the past, if you would like to join us for a refresher. INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE- Fri/Sat/Sun 2nd, 3rd & 4th March– this is a wonderful therapy that anyone can learn. On this three day intensive training you will learn how to deliver a complete Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage, traditionally preformed on a client who is fully clothed sitting in a chair. If you are considering a career in Holistic Bodyworks, this is a very helpful way to “dip your toe in”, while learning a useful skill.
