A big thank you to Ballyhoura Developments Ltd, for inviting me to the beautiful Grove Health Spa in Shanballymore, Mallow, to give a talk on Holistic Health for the 21st Century last Wednesday.  Jacqueline O’Farrell extended a heartfelt Irish welcome to us with her fantastic facilities, not to mention the food!! The spa is fab and of course I had to check out the massage-now, now-it’s all in the line of duty and someone has to do it!!! My therapist Ber has a wonderful pair of hands, and I certainly was very relaxed going into the lecture. We met a great bunch of ladies, and it was a most enjoyable evening.

Do you know that Jacqueline runs a three day programme with Bernadette Bowen in her ideal Summer kitchen at Grove House on how to eat for health-I’ll definitely be signing up for the next one in February, for more info contact www.grovehealthspa.ie

Meanwhile back on the ranch it still all hands on deck, this Wed eve I will be giving a talk on the Bodytalk system for those of you interested in taking the training, places are limited so please let us know if you want to join us.

Thanks to those of you who continue to send the testimonials I am humbled by your kind words.

Here’s one you may be interested in- an Indian Yogi who has not eaten or drank in 70 years-he is 83 now! Prahlad Jani spent a fornight in a hospital in the western India state of Gurarat under constant surveillance from a team of 30 medics equipped with cameras and CCTV-“during the period, he neither ate nor drank and did not go to the toilet. We still do not know how he survives” neurologist Sudhir Shah told reporters at the end of the experiment. It seems the doctors response illustrates the shortcomings of the purely scientific approach to explaining how someone could harness energy from sources around them-watch this space!!!!

Looking forward to catching up with you again soon,  L & L
