Mind Ur Health Exhibition
We are delighted to be sponsoring the Mind Ur Health Expo, on Sunday week the 23rd Feb, and it is shaping up to be a fantastic event. All the proceeds are going to the very worthy Limerick Marine Search & Rescue Services, which is run entirely by volunteers, they do not receive funding, which is quite extraordinary considering that the Gardai regularly use their services for search & rescue operations. At any rate at another level this event is a fantastic educational opportunity for the general public, and people interested in volunteering in the field of mental wellness, for the first time to access all these wonderful services at a one stop venue. While the focus of the event is Health & Wellness there is a strong emphasis on mental health-which we at HCE are very passionate about. There will be exhibits from Pieta House, Samaratins, Mental Health Ireland, HSE, Grow, aswell as Medical Doctors, Holistic Therapists, Exercise Experts, Herbalist, aswell as 6 free lectures which will be running on the hour throughout the day, with titles like-“Effects of Hormones on Mental Health” by Dr Neufeldt, Panic/Anxiety Attacks a Solution-by moi, Herbs for Mental Health by Sarika Hule, Experience Happiness by Catherine McGeachy, Looking After your Mental Health by Bernie Carroll.
All this expert knowledge shared with you for the entrance fee of €5! Venue Gandelow Howley’s Quay Limerick-Beside new boardwalk. Please do drop in and visit us on the day, and bring your Friends-you never know who you may be helping-as I have found that most people suffering with this epidemic do so in silence. Arm yourself with some expert advise and then you will be able to help many others.
So what else has been going on? Our students are in the thick of their case studies at the moment, and doing exceptionally well. We have our one day post-graduate Hot Stone Massage training on the 27th Feb, if any of you would like to upskill, and remember that our trainings qualify for CDP. In March we have our Chakra Matrix class, a must for those of you wishing to expand your knowledge of Energy work, Tue 4th 2-5pm. Also in March we have interesting talks on Menopause Myth or Reality, Psychotherapy, Homeopathy, Herbalism & Naturopathy, Special Children-gosh Im just realising how busy March will be!! We also have a two day intro to Aromatherapy on Sat/Sun 22/23, which is a firm favourite with our students.
Meanwhile our Outreach program is in full swing, which graduates of our Holistic Diploma love contributing to, thank you all, to date we have donated in excess of 250,000€ in events around the country, and that is increasing weekly.

Im loving Oprah’s Super Soul Sunday’s-very inspirational, Iylana Vanzant was one of the first book’s I read 20 years ago when I started this journey, I listened to her tapes! at that time, and hearing her voice again brought me back to that time of transformation, little did I know then, where the journey would bring me-and it has been a blast. I now get paid to show others how to do the same-how incredibly cool is that-did I mention that I loooove my job!
