Now that the children are all settled back to school, it time for us “ Mammies” to start taking care of ourselves again. We have some very exciting and very affordable events that I would highly recommend. Next Wed 14th Sept at 7pm in Crokers, Murroe, Dr Mary Helen Hensley, will be giving a public talk on healing. She had a near death experience when she was 21 yrs old, and may perhaps speak about that on the night also. The price to attend is €25, please contact our office for details.
On Saturday 15th October @ 3 pm we will be hosting again in Murroe, a public lecture given by Dr Beatrice Neufeldt, entitled “Menopause Myth or Reality”

Dr Neufeldt is a Gynaecologist and Obstetrician and has an MSc in Women’s Health from Royal College of Surgeons. She has a working knowledge of herbal remedies and using the concept of Mind, Body Spirit in her busy Castletroy Practice. At 44 I reckon it’s about time I got some knowledge-mind you I don’t intend “doing menopause” if I have anything to do with it!!!!
Pink Tank
We are very excited to announce the Pink Tank with a Holistic Slant is also coming for the day on Thur 27th October, this Lady’s day out (sorry guys!!) will be a real treat, you will feel incredibly inspired and refreshed after the day. The fantastic news is that Ballyhoura Developments are going to sponsor some of the day, so the tickets are flying out the door at only €75 including lunch and a gift. Numbers are very limited on this one, as each of the inspiring Pink Tank Ladies will take you in a small group throughout the day for what will be essentially individual coaching.
