What a perfect holiday!
Three weeks of sun-in fact a heat wave, miles of beach, being pampered by good friends, as they gave us their home, car, boat, bicycles, materialised “playmates” for our children, yoga on the beach, 1 hour from the buzz of Manhattan, even down to a brand new juice bar at the bottom of our street-seriously-how’s that for manifestation? We remain forever grateful to our special friends for creating the most perfect holiday.
Today, its back to work-good thing I love my job-because otherwise it would be impossible to return after the holiday.

How many of you will be joining us at the Linking Awareness (animal healing) course on Saturday 20th in Dundalk? My daughter and her friend are very excited to be going with me.
The Animal Talk course will be on the following weekend in Belfast.
We will be at the Cappamore show on Saturday 20th August so please drop in and say hello if you are there.
The Limerick Show is on the following Sat & Sun 27th & 28th, we will also have a crew there so perhaps we’ll catch up there?
Add to that list of activities the fact that the Holistic Centre of Excellence starts on Sept 12th and you’ll get an idea of how hectic August is panning out to be, good job I got so much rest on hols!
You may want to tune into RTE 1 next Sunday night at 9.30 as my better half, attempts to win 20,000€ for Aware-the national charity for depression in Ireland, should be a bit of fun.
Although I love chatting with you, I really must delve into the heap of paperwork/emails on this desk-I’ll come up for air some time late tonight I expect!!
