Ask & you shall receive!
Yet again I have first hand experience of this law in action. Recently I have been well aware that although I teach Holistic Healthcare-ie. Mind Body Spirit balance-and daily I help myself & lots of clients with Mental, Emotional & Spiritual issues-alas the Body aspect I have been neglecting. My nutrition plan is non-existant as I grab anything in view in a hurry to ward off the hunger/low sugar level headache and eat it as I move to the next task! So I have been “asking” for a solution-and hey presto-enter Moria Geary and the Power Juicing Day-we had a super day this Saturday, and I truly feel I have found the solution to my nutrition dilemna. I arrived home armed with my new juicer-which I love-purely because I can throw a whole apple and most other veg/fruits without have to chop or peel. My other issue with veg was answered on the course as I got to taste juices which I would never have chosen if I looked at the list of ingredients! Or indeed the colour. I was amazed that they tasted so good, so happy days for me, as I can have a nutritious “meal” while still on the run-and best of all there’s no cooking-how’s that for receiving!!
Mind you- my all enthusiastic juicing didn’t go down too well with kids the morning-one look and they wouldn’t even taste it-bit of work for me to do there!

We had a super Reiki Share this Wednesday, the energy is certainly increasing, for those of you who haven’t been in a while put Wed 8th May 8pm in your diary, you know it’s a great way to take of yourself, and you are always made welcome.
Reiki Level 2 refresher 1 day course will be held on Sat 18th June, for those of you who have done Level 2 but would like to brush up, the day will include an attunement, tutitoral, and you will give and receive a full session. The cost for the day will be €75 and will include lunch. This is super value when you consider that a Reiki session alone would cost you €70 or more. I would encourage any of you who are not actively using your Reiki to treat others to please come along. Naturally all of Reiki Masters who have trained with us will probably wish to attend and of course you are very welcome.
Opps-I made a mistake last week with the closing date for the early bird on Enhance Your Life-good job I have Amy to keep an eye on me-if you pay by Fri May 20th you can receive the €50 discount. The course will run on Sat/Sun June 11th & 12th in Murroe. Of course all repeats only pay the usual €50.
